The 3M Safety Roadshow has once again proven to be an exhilarating and informative journey, as the Personal Safety Division successfully wrapped up its tour across Canada.
This interactive experience brought cutting-edge safety technology and invaluable expertise directly to the doorsteps of our customers and health and safety professionals nationwide.
This year's Roadshow made impactful stops in Calgary, Toronto, Vaughan, Trenton, and Ottawa, leaving a trail of enhanced safety knowledge and practices. Over 400 attendees, including safety experts, trainers, skilled trade workers, safety consultants, distribution partners, customers, and representatives from the Canadian Air Force and the Ministry of Labour, gathered to immerse themselves in the latest advancements in safety.
Participants were treated to a comprehensive education on the newest innovations in respiratory protection, hearing protection, fall protection, dropped object prevention, confined space and rescue education, and the Science of Fit.
“The Roadshow has been in Canada for several years, and our partners and safety leaders in Canada very much look forward to an event where they can come together, learn from each other and see the latest technology that will help keep them safe at work,” said Michael Spylo, 3M Canada Personal Safety Division Leader.
Each session was designed to empower attendees with the tools and knowledge needed to elevate safety standards in their respective fields. The Roadshow gives our partners a chance to speak one-on-one with 3M Safety experts and offers a chance to meet other experts in their field.
“As the Roadshow event in Canada gears up for another year, our vision is to expand its reach, inspiring current safety leaders and workers while sparking the curiosity of future students. By showcasing the exciting roles in STEM and skilled trades, we aim to ignite a passion for building a stronger economy. The future is bright, and together, we will shape it,” said Spylo.
